Texas Junkers was outstanding. I sent a text in the evening. I was not expecting a response until the next day. Much to my surprise, I received a response, qoute and availability shortly after my initial inquiry. The communication was superb. I had a large/ heavy treadmill, a large L-shaped couch to remove from the 2nd floor. As well as, a large amount of miscellaneous donations and junk which needed to be removed. I was given a 11am-12pm arrival window. Matthew and Jose arrived right at 11am. These 2 gentlemen were highly respectful, courteous and efficient. I haven't received this level of customer service from the initial response to the end result in a very long time. I am beyond appreciative, Thank you!
